This document outlines the terms of collaboration between the Project Owner and the Client.
Parties Involved
Project Owner: BizLab.social, a non-commercial student project.

1. Purpose of Agreement This agreement establishes a 30-day collaborative relationship wherein BizLab.social will provide complimentary social media support and branding services. This collaboration is part of a non-commercial student experiment and is offered entirely free of charge.
2. Key Terms of Collaboration
No Cost: All services provided by BizLab.social are free of charge. This non-commercial status is effective until January 1, 2026.
Ownership: The Client retains full ownership of all original materials (e.g., logos, raw images, brand guidelines) provided to BizLab.social.
Services Rendered: Content and support will be delivered in accordance with the service tier mutually agreed upon during the initial consultation.
Portfolio Use: BizLab.social may request permission to feature a selection of the final, edited content in its professional portfolio. Use is subject to the Client's explicit written consent.
Termination: This collaboration can be terminated by either party at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.
Final Deliverables: Upon completion of the 30-day collaboration, BizLab.social will provide a final performance report and a "care package." These items will be delivered upon the Client's submission of a testimonial regarding their experience.
3. Legal Nature & Liability
Informal Agreement: This is an informal, non-binding agreement founded on mutual trust and a shared commitment to creative exploration. It is not a legally binding commercial contract.
No Liability: As a non-commercial, experimental project, BizLab.social assumes no commercial or financial liability for the outcomes of the services provided.
Data Protection: All collaboration and data handling will be conducted in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4. Academic & Research Use
As part of an academic thesis, anonymized data from this collaboration may be used for research purposes. This may include high-level analysis of engagement styles, content strategies, and performance analytics.
Commitment to Confidentiality: No personal, brand-specific, or otherwise identifiable information will be published or shared in any academic work without securing the Client's explicit prior consent.
5. Agreement Activation & Digital Consent
This agreement becomes active and mutually accepted upon verbal confirmation from both parties during the final interview (scheduled approximately three days after the initial meeting).
By proceeding with the final interview and submitting the requested materials for the project, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this document. No physical signature is required; active participation and provision of materials constitute digital consent.
